Service Description
Our Basic Kickboxing training regime designed for a minimum of 2 Sessions per Week by World Kickboxing Champion and founder Master Paul Bernard. It's a great way to get into shape whilst learning practical techniques for life. It’s an easy way to burn calories whilst building lean muscle. It's popular to Adults because it's all about the high intensity kickboxing training with absolutely NO FIGHT. Those wishing to do more can do sparring in our Advance Kickboxing class.

Cancellation Policy
Classes are available to all our members and must be booked a minimum of 1 hour in advance. Members who book classes and do not attend have 4 chances before the system will block them from future bookings. Private tuition members who book private lessons wishing to cancel must inform us 12 hour in advance. Failure to do so will incur 100% of the private tuition fee.
