It's a great way to see first hand how your martial arts works. Perfect for beginners wishing to be introduced to the competition world.

 

It's £20 per competitor to have the ability to do all 3 categories ( semi-contact points, light kickboxing and groundwork grappling.)

 

All sections have 1st, 2nd and 3rd placings. Competitors will be divided by age, height and if necessary rank, to make it fair to win a trophy.
