Service Description

Our Advance Kickboxing training regime designed for a minimum of 2 Sessions per Week by World Champion and founder Master Paul Bernard. High intensity kickboxing training with sparring. These classes are for those wishing to go to Blackbelt and beyond.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Classes are available to all our members and must be booked a minimum of 1 hour in advance. Members who book classes and do not attend have 4 chances before the system will block them from future bookings. Private tuition members who book private lessons wishing to cancel must inform us 12 hour in advance. Failure to do so will incur 100% of the private tuition fee.
